Jeff talks about the various foods he eats to stay healthy and fit.
I’m a healthy guy and I love to eat healthy, and I think that six healthy foods that I enjoy are fruit. And I think … I’m not particular, I like any kind of fruit. Maybe mangos and strawberries are my favourite but fruit: healthy, easy, cheap. Eat fruit.
The second food that is healthy that I like to eat is vegetables. Again, very broad very broad category but all vegetables are good and tasty and delicious. Sweet potato is very good, I like green beans, sweet corn, all vegetables are good.
The third food that I like that it’s very delicious are nuts. I love almonds, and pistachios and peanuts. They’re very good, delicious.
The third thing … the fourth thing, the fourth food that I like that’s very good is cereal. I love a good, healthy, morning breakfast cereal. Maybe some oats or some raisins in there, and I think it’s very healthy, a good way to start the day.
The fifth thing that I love that’s very healthy is tofu. I like tofu. It’s hard to get in some places but I think if you can get it, tofu’s very delicious.
And the sixth thing that I love, that’s very healthy, is organic beer. Organic beer is very delicious and, at the end of a day you have a couple of organic beers and it makes you good and strong.
