OK, blood donating is certainly a topic that I really believe in and I would encourage anyone to do. I can't believe that there is such a shortage of blood and people don't give blood when they can. I mean, I know there's lot's of reason why people can't but if you're healthy and you can spare ten minutes why not just give some blood. I've been giving blood since I was 18 and that's the legal age to be able to do it in Britain and I've done it about 10 times now and it's quite painless and it doesn't really take much of my time and I've taken along a few friends as well but mainly people just don't seem interested in doing it, but I think it's important. I think if you can give blood, you should give blood.
