Hello, this is Paul. I’m from England. I’m speaking for elllo.org. The question today is how do you stay in shape?
I usually, I usually go running everyday. I, I try to get up before work, and, erm, go running around the park near my house. Usually I try to run about four or five kilometers. I do this, I try to do this everyday but actually I probably do it three or four times a week, but this helps me to stay in shape.
