My Routine

My daily routine is pretty consistent. I will usually wake up around 8:00 or 9:00, thankfully my husband lets me sleep in. He takes on the morning shift with our one and a half year old, and then he makes us breakfast, which is really thoughtful. And then he goes to work and I spend the first couple of hours hanging out with our son, playing with him, and then we have lunch at about 11:30 before he goes down for his nap. And he sleeps for about two hours, and I try to get some work done.

And then after he wakes up we get up and we get dressed and we go outside and we spend as much time as we can outdoors. We go to the playground, or we go to the field and play ball. And then at around 5:00 my husband gets home from work and we have dinner, and then we get ready for bedtime. Our son takes a bath, he drinks a cup of milk, we do story time, and then he goes to bed, and then my husband and I stay up and watch TV for a couple of hours, and then we go to bed, and then we do it all over the next day.
