A little about doing martial arts. Yes, I have done some judo. I did judo for about ten years when I was younger. I started around the time I was twenty one or twenty two years old and it, it was really good for me. You know, I met a lot of new people. I learned, you know, I learned a lot about how to use my body and how to think about my body. I noticed that the best judo judoka are the people who have a very keen awareness at all times where parts of their body are and how they're moving them and that's something that I noticed and it's something that I think really, you know, being acquainted with your own body is really important and really good. It gives you a sense of, of who you are. It gives you a sense of oneness with yourself so judo gave me all that and I don't do it any more but I really love the sport and I hope when I get older and I have more time that I can go back to it.
