Guided Learning works differently. The teacher introduces the conversation, plays the full video, then comes back to walk through the quiz with you — highlighting the vocabulary, target grammar, and pronunciation points along the way. Instead of thirty seconds alone, you get two to three minutes of real teaching and insight.

The Anchor of the Unit

This conversation isn't used once and forgotten. It's the same conversation tied to that unit's podcast topic, and it gets reused again in the grammar and pronunciation activities later in the unit. Guided Learning is where you first meet it properly — with a teacher walking you through it, game-show style: introduce it, play it, ask you about it, then reveal the answer.
