Where did you go for your last vacation?

Lesson Activities

Hi, I'm Olivia. I'm from Washington DC and my question is, where did you go for your last vacation?

It was in what must have been May. We went to Spain. So I used to live right outside of Barcelona in a town called Sits, which is right on the coast. It's a beautiful little vacation town. So I lived there for three years and I wanted to go back and visit and, oh, hello cat, and show my boyfriend where I lived. So that was beautiful. We stayed there for about three days. Enjoyed the beach. It was sunny, but not too warm. And then we went to Madrid to visit my other two friends that I met while I was living in Spain, and spent about two and a half days with them, and it made my heart so happy to see them again. And then we went to Saville. I haven't been to Saville ever, and that was really exciting and that was fun because that was the part of the trip that I didn't plan. I left it up to him, so everything we did was kind of a surprise, and we spent about two days there. So yeah, my last holiday in Spain, I loved it very much and I am desperate to go back. So hopefully within the next couple of months I can book in a trip to go back, even if it's just a short one.
